The Candidate:
Must live in the Northeast Of Ireland. Must have a driver's licence.
You will be an outgoing team-player with a flair for communication and effective problem-solving skills.
You will have gained experience in a technical customer-facing support role with a strong emphasis on customer relationship management.
You will have relevant technical qualifications and recent experience in a similar role.
Requirements:
You will be a key member of our field-based call-out engineering support team, responding to support requirements from a wide range of SME customers, located throughout the Northeast.
You must be able to demonstrate expertise and experience in the following:
Support all Microsoft desktop software and applications
Support Backup/Disaster Recovery products (local and cloud)
Support Office 365 products
Systems/Client Administration (Active Directory, Group Policy)
Hardware Support (Servers, PCs, laptops, printers/scanners, mobile devices)
Server upgrade projects
Cloud Migration projects
Support for AV/Anti-Spam/Filtering /Encryption
LAN/WAN support
Remote Desktop/VPN/Firewall support
Communicating with third-Party Vendors.
Essential Attributes:
You are an excellent communicator.
You have a natural ability to engage with customers.
Your focus is on customer satisfaction and attention to detail.
Ensure that:
You have relevant 3rd level qualifications and minimum 3 years experience in a similar technical role.
You have a full clean driver’s license.
You are located within the designated catchment area (Northeast Ireland).
