Another successful job completed by CTI at one of the busiest kitchens in Dundalk, Mo Chara 🍽️🔧

The client requested the installation of a second monitor in the kitchen so chefs working on the second line can clearly view incoming orders, helping to streamline communication and improve efficiency during busy service times.

Before starting the installation, our engineer ensured all hygiene and safety standards were properly followed. Food items were cleared from the work area, and all surfaces and tables were wiped down after the work was completed to maintain the kitchen’s cleanliness standards.

To achieve a secure and practical setup, our engineer modified the main arm of a dual monitor stand so it could be safely mounted and clamped onto the existing shelf. A 15 metre DisplayPort cable was then carefully run through the ducting to the ordering machine, and the system was configured to duplicate the screens.

This setup will help speed up order processing and improve workflow in this super establishment 🚀
