Another one of our long term clients called into CTI today with an old printer they originally purchased from us well over 15 years ago! 🤯 The issue? A paper jam on the fuser. Our IT Technician stripped the printer down, removed the jammed paper, etched new grooves into the rubber pick-up rollers, and just like that, it’s back up and running! 🔧🖨️ It’s great to see equipment we supplied all those years ago coming back through our doors and getting a new lease of life.
