Fire and Security Engineer

š CTI is seeking a highly organised and reliable Administration Officer to support our CCTV & Security teams. This role is central to the smooth day-to-day running of the business and requires strong computer, communication, and organisational skills.
š ļø Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
⢠š Managing engineersā daily and weekly work schedules
⢠āļø Answering the main office phone, taking messages, and directing calls
⢠š Preparing and typing quotations, submittals, and work certificates
⢠š Managing project documentation, including PO numbers and deadlines
⢠ā±ļø Monitoring project timelines and ensuring paperwork is completed on time
⢠š¦ Managing stock control for engineers
⢠š Ordering materials and products as required
⢠šļø Maintaining general office records and filing systems
⢠š Checking eTenders for upcoming project opportunities
⢠š¤ Supporting management with general administrative tasks
ā Essential Requirements
Applicants must have:
⢠š» Strong working knowledge of:
o Microsoft Word
o Microsoft Excel
o Microsoft Outlook
⢠š„ļø Excellent computer and IT skills
⢠š High attention to detail and accuracy
⢠š Ability to multitask and prioritise
⢠šļø Strong organisation and time-management skills
⢠š Good communication and telephone manner
⢠š„ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
ā Desirable (Not Essential)
⢠Previous experience in an engineering, electrical, or security industry
⢠Experience with stock control or purchasing
