Fire and Security Engineer


šŸ“Œ CTI is seeking a highly organised and reliable Administration Officer to support our CCTV & Security teams. This role is central to the smooth day-to-day running of the business and requires strong computer, communication, and organisational skills.


šŸ› ļø Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• šŸ“… Managing engineers’ daily and weekly work schedules

• ā˜Žļø Answering the main office phone, taking messages, and directing calls

• šŸ“ Preparing and typing quotations, submittals, and work certificates

• šŸ“‚ Managing project documentation, including PO numbers and deadlines

• ā±ļø Monitoring project timelines and ensuring paperwork is completed on time

• šŸ“¦ Managing stock control for engineers

• šŸ›’ Ordering materials and products as required

• šŸ—ƒļø Maintaining general office records and filing systems

• šŸ” Checking eTenders for upcoming project opportunities

• šŸ¤ Supporting management with general administrative tasks


āœ… Essential Requirements

Applicants must have:

• šŸ’» Strong working knowledge of:

o Microsoft Word

o Microsoft Excel

o Microsoft Outlook

• šŸ–„ļø Excellent computer and IT skills

• šŸ”Ž High attention to detail and accuracy

• šŸ”„ Ability to multitask and prioritise

• šŸ—‚ļø Strong organisation and time-management skills

• šŸ“ž Good communication and telephone manner

• šŸ‘„ Ability to work independently and as part of a team


⭐ Desirable (Not Essential)

• Previous experience in an engineering, electrical, or security industry

• Experience with stock control or purchasing
